The above have, in my opinion have very good food. The below have mediocre food but at least you can enjoy your meal while your kid has fun.

Best Dinners in Berkshires
A must is So Co Creamery in Great Barrington. Amazing, delicious local ice cream. Also Baba Louie's for pizza in GB.
