Paris Bistro Wine Lists
I hope readers with the same interest in wine that I have will share with me the names of
bistros with interesting (not necessarily extensive) wine lists. I'm spending a few weeks
in Paris and eating out at least once a day. Michelin stars and gastronomique menus
are not my thing. But discovering nice little wines is a passion. Thanks for your help.
Paris for 10 days -- staying in the 3rd near Bastille -- need recommendaions
Right in your neighborhood: Les Cotelettes, 4 impasse Guemenee, just south of the
Place des Vosges. We went there twice on last trip, which is unusual for us because
we like to experience new places. One of the things that drew us back was the interesting
wine list--very fairly priced. Friendly staff, not a lot of English spoken but you'll have no
problem getting by. A comfortable place (not crowded) with good cooking.
