Antonio's - West Trenton (Ewing)

I was an employee of Antonio's for 11 years and I'm only 27 years old. I had the honor of meeting Tony Pez (Antonio) and working for Arthur Rogoff and Sam Maglione. They would treat anyone who walked through their doors like family. The food was the best and the portions were absurdly large. 95% of our customers left Antonio's with a take out bag. Whatever you wanted or did not want, they would cater to you. Most restaurants would not do that. I was there on Saturday night when it was time to lock the doors for good and it felt like an end to era...which is exactly what it is. It was 1 big family there between the owners, workers and customers. We have seen many of our customers and some of our employees pass on to the other side, and who would you see at the viewing or funeral...Arthur or Sam. I would like to wish good luck to Arthur and Sam wherever the path will take them next. 40 years is a long time and Antonio's will truly be missed by all.
