Have time to kill between wedding & reception...where to go for drinks?
We'll be at 3rd & Chestnut to check in to the hotel, then the reception is a few hours later (5:30 pm) at Ballroom at the Ben. Any suggestions for where to go for some good drinks? We'll be in black-tip optional clothing, so no dives. Outdoor seating or open window seating would be nice.
