Could not track if the potato potato potato potato changed or not. with the fish course and all those potatoes. Rice might be a nice alternative. Also the caterer could use a rice cooker, thus freeing up appliance space.

I buy the 27 oz size in any Asian grocery store. Tastes similar to small bottles from other stores to me!

no one has mentioned The French Chef cookbook. That was the book that went with the TV series. Recipies are not complex as they had to be prepared in the 30 minute limit.
