Where can I buy unprocessed, whole livestock (lamb, pork, goat, etc)?

Where can I buy unprocessed, whole livestock (lamb, pork, goat, etc)?
Are their any slaughter houses in L.A. that sell the whole animal, unprocessed, directly to customers? I know of a few in San Diego, but I was looking for something closer in L.A. or Orange County.
