My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
everyone always wants me to make italian or bbq...so i guess things with cheese sauces, rapini, beer battered brats, sage derby cheese stuffed mini burgers, pulled pork sandwiches, silton filled mini burgers. This will sound weird but everyone loves it: peanutbutter curried pancakes with candid pecans, maple syrup and unsalted butter
My favorite comfort food:
mac n cheese, omlettes, steak stuffed with gorgonzola and a glass of milk with ice, mom's mac n cheese, dad's red sauce, and anything my nonna ever made, poached eggs on buttered toast
My top 5 favorite restaurants:
i used to love table before it closed, henry's end before the quality seemed inconsistent, the ambience of chez napolean, supper, and way too many bbq or burger joints....but i really can't say 5...oh and some bbq place in cuba missouri
My most tattered cookbooks:
are about risotto or food pairing, also many photocopied reciepies from my aunt, she's a baker, i'm just trying to learn
