Good BBQ at or near the Dallas airport?
No question, Hard 8 BBQ in Coppell is just norh of the airport off of Freeport Parkway. I think Bass Pro Shops may be able to accomodate you if after hours.

I think you mean Little Diner, instead of Little City. Little Diner is some of the best in El Paso. Chope's near Mesilla is also excellent.

Fort Griffin now has a location in Abilene. The restaurant in Albany is one of my favorites. Also, Perini Ranch in Buffalo Gap is good.

East Side - Try L & J's near the cemetery. Chico's Tacos
West Side - Ardevenino's in Sundland Park. Little Diner in Canuntillo.
Avila's on Mesa.
Try Pelican's seafood just off of Mesa.
Carnitas Queretero is great food for a great price. Hard to beat
For BBQ skip the rib hut and go to the State Line.
FW New Restaurant - Ellerbe
I read about a new restaurant in Fort Worth called Ellerbe. Has anyone been? It was on pg. 119 of Texas Monthly and sounds great. I heard it was nominated as the best new restaurant in Fort Worth.
One meal in Dallas? Must be near-ish to Love Field. . .
Fireside Pie's (Pizza), Celebration (Home-Cooking), Mia's (Mexican) or Shinsei (Sushi)are all good depending on what kind of food you want.
Best CFS in Texas!
Country Inn in Somverville is great. So is Country Inn 2 in Brenham, though not as authentic.
