Confit of Sword fish atop hand made fettucini with steamed pacific oysters, caviar cruncy capers truffle oil and aged balsamic

Braised chocoalte and beer beef cheeks on garlic mash with puy lentils,steamed fresh asparagus shaved aged pecorino and redwine glaze
