My very special grandma is turning 90. I am looking for a special restaurant for a small party (probably 7 or 8). I want it to be over the top special.

It's my grandmother's 89th birthday tonight and my brother just graduated from school...I just moved to Marina Del Rey last Wednesday. Please help me find a special occasion restaurant that is quant, delicious and not too loud or busy for tonight.
