Hello, does any one have any suggestions on a Japanese restaurant or banquet space in Tokyo that can host 120 pax? Preferably somewhere with a nice view of the city or somewhere authentic and traditionaI? I am looking for a nice Japanese place to host a dinner party for 120 overseas guests.
A friend of mine has suggested Gonpachi but I heard the food is just so so.
Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

No, I don't live in Japan so this is making it extra difficult. I could only rely on the hotel who's helping me on this but so far they haven't been very helpful.

I need to organize a dinner party for 120 - 130 pax in Kyoto and am desperately looking for a nice dinner venue. As most of the guests are coming from over seas, I hope to find a place that is uniquely Kyoto ie. a heritage building or a place surrounded by a traditional Japanese garden or that sort to impress the guests and fully imerge them in the Japanese experience.
I would really appreciate if anyone has any suggestions or advice.
