Moved to the Phoenix area in March 2010 after 15 years in Denver. Skedaddled right back out again in May 2011. Now living in Northwest Florida.
Best meal I ever ate:
A champagne luncheon in Napa Valley while on a Backroads bike tour. Never thought I'd spend $50 (in 1992 dollars) on one lunch but it was worth it
My current drink of choice:
Pinot grigio. Pensacola Bay Brewery beers
I really wish I could:
Eat everything I want without worrying about the bathroom scale

Chicken thighs with garlic and rosemary
