Has anyone seen the original chipwhich being sold ? - I am nostalgic for one and the good humor/ tolls house sandwiches that you commonly see aren't doing the trick.

Best Eggplant Parm Sandwich?
saw that post, and had some from Maffie - very disappointed - it was standard pizzeria fare. I should also mention that I am looking for a place that is open outside of Lunch Hours

Best Eggplant Parm Sandwich?
In my opinion, a good eggplant parm has fried to order, (not soggy) eggplant. Fresh mozzarella is always a nice touch. For anyone who has had it - my ideal sandwich is at the Goodfellas of Brooklyn and Staten Island. Where can I find this in the city?
