"Pay-what-you-will" just means that there's no fixed price for the meal. Diners pay what they think is appropriate.

Help pls! Pay-what-you-will brunch in DC?
Hi all--
A while back I came across a review of a "pay what you will" Sunday brunch in DC. But I can't for the life of me remember exactly where I read about it. I searched my usual online news sources and blogs, to no avail.
I seem to remember that it was an Indian restaurant, and I want to say it was in the Dupont Circle area. But my memory is terrible, so I could be way off base.
Sorry I can't offer more info. Does this ring a bell for anyone?
