¿ Freeport - Bath recs ?
Heartily recommend Clementine at 44 Maine Street in Brunswick. On the fancy side but worth it - this is fine dining, not local color. Many local ingredients, flawless preparation and gorgeously balance flavors. The menu changes seasonally, but the roasted halibut steak with fresh peas, bacon and truffle oil was fantastic - as were the sea scallops. The tartare was spiced a bit too gently, but that's a small critique. If you're a serious wine drinker, order the Givry Ier Cru 2006, which is beautifully complete for a relatively young wine. (The service was also a treat: confident, knowledgeable and attentive.)
