One note though: Georgians use blue fenugreek, Trigonella coerulia, in khmeli suneli. And, they use not leaves, but dried mix of flowers, pods, and seeds. It adds nutty and sweet flavor. It's a different plant from fenugreek, Trigonella foenum-graecum. It tastes differently. I wasn't able to find this herb in North America, unfortunately, and trying to grow it myself. It looks similar to fenugreek, but has blue flowers, hence the name. Georgians call it Utskho suneli and add to spice mixes and as a spice in its own right.

Sour cherries in Vancouver?

Dear eatrustic! Is your kind offer still on? I need a couple of kilos of sour cherries to make a pie and perogies with them for my son's wedding. I couldn't find fresh sour cherry yet... I would be eternally grateful if I could buy some frozen sour cherries from you.
If you still have them and can sell some (a kilo or two), please let me know when, where, and how it would be convenient for you. My phone #604-519-0951. Thank you, Natalia.
