Omakase at the now-closed Shinbay, Phoenix AZ. For home-cooked, it was Zuni Cafe style roast chicken with bread salad and green beans tossed in browned butter, with crème brûlée for dessert.
My current drink of choice:
Classic Mai Tai: 2 ounces Appleton Estate Extra 12-year Jamaican rum, 1/2 ounce Torani orgeat, 1/2 ounce DeKuyper orange curaçao, 3/4 ounce lime juice, 1/4 ounce rock candy syrup, shaken well with 2 cups crushed ice, in a double rocks glass garnished with a spent lime half and mint sprig.
