WINE SHOP not too far from Hollywood

Can somebody recommend a great wine store to me? I need to get a gift card to give to my friend who had been kind enough to let me stay with him while a search for a place to live. He pretty much opens a bottle of wine every night. ;)

Also, I'm specificially looking for a store, not a restaurant or wine bar.

Does anyone know where I can get a POTATO

Not a baked potato. One of those potatos made out of marzipan with cake or mousse or something on the inside. Probably a French bakery somewhere!!

I need one!! Have been craving it for while.

My guy hates dressing up, so I need to know what's the absolutely most casual thing you can wear.

I've heard conflicting things . . . it seems they used to be quite strict, but they have lapsed.

I told him a suit but no tie, but does her really need the jacket either? I guess without the jacket it's not really a suit, but man it's hot out and a jacket just seems stupid.

Advice please!!!!!
