I recently dinned at a sushi restruant across the street from the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. It is upstairs and they fly their yellowtail in fresh from Japan everyday and their crab salad is the best I've ever had. Sweet Dungeness crab. Over all, fresh fish.

Where can I find a good butcher shop in Edmonton ? I live in rual Alberta and I have no access to local prime cuts. While in Calgary, I have found the Bon Ton Meat Market and would love to find a similar shop in Edmonton.

The Black Bear your thinking of was actually called "Black Sheep" , which is now the place that is called Lou Lou's Pizza. It's an ownerships thing. They have the same daily breakfast as Soft Rock as the owner of SR is involved with Lou Lou's somehow. Both breakys are good. Enjoy !
