hunter sausage?

hmmm... so i dont know what it was then... it was thick (at least 1 inch i think)
he fried it a little and the skin was not wrinkled, it was thin and very crisp (broke very easy with the bite), the meat looked mixed and pink/light color. definitely not dried or hard to chew

strong flavor olive oil ?

I recently found a strong flavored olive oil - Iliada kalamata olive oil which is flavorful and close to eating sicilian olives, i also got a Partana sicilian extravirgin olive oil which is like half flavor than the Iliada
was looking at Traderjoes' but nothing looked inspiring, cheap but still.

any suggestions for something strong/stronger, in a store around NYC ?

Why Tama sushi, not Ike, not Urasawa, not Matsuhisa, is best

i dont give a crap who buys the fish where as long as its fresh and free of disease.

but, if i dont get good food at the first visit WHY COME BACK? i dont care if its iron sushi chef 50000000+1, i'm taking my bucks elsewhere.

Fauchon Tea

their description is also vague 'yunnan and a darjeeling'
well, that pretty much means china and india
its probably more of a brand marketing than actual quality marketing.

Best bao in LA

went to Won Kok, had the steamed pork bao - it had a very fluffy breading. the filling while nice in texture, tasted like some sort of mexican sauce chinese meat. :P

Embracing Burbank

Tallyrand- good chicken club

Wok of 'shame' - crappy chinese, soup is 9/10 water 1/10 meat

Frontier wok - horrible chowmein (noodles soaked in soy sauce)

Great wok @ Olive x Victory - pretty good chowmein (tho small -to me- in the lunch takeout box for 6$)

chinese buffet @ san fernando x delaware (next to kmart): lunch buffet was cheap ~7?, food was ok-not bad for the money.
