What was the story in Jimmy's Harborside?

I had heard there was a lot more than just a crumbling foundation that went into the demolition of Jimmy's, like some financial disagreements with those that make such decisions off the record. As sad as it is to see a landmark dissapear, I have to agree with Pickle, at least its not another chain of that level. LTK at Park Lane is one of my favorite places to grab a drink and a good meal and watch the games....no, not always best food or service, but its pretty good. I am excited that the new Legal's will be both a restaurant and a fresh fish market. While Yankee and Hook have been around forever, they use their locations to charge way too much for fish that is not always all that great, at least not in selection. I think a big name fish market could really draw me back to Seaport!
