Sunday "Swanky" in Paris

I've read many of the posts regarding dinner Sunday night in Paris. Would love a little guidance on a place Sunday night that not ony has great food, but is also a bit of a place to be scene?? (In January)

Good Day All,
In need of a little help. My son is being christened this September, and we are new to Monmouth County. As much as I would like to try the restaurant before we choose, I am running out of time. Would love a hounds help!

I don't want to ask people to travel to far, so Red Bank is a little far, and Ocean county too. To give you an idea here's some places we like;

Fair Haven- Raven & the Peach- decor needs help, but food & service very good
Fair Haven- Nauvoo Grill- very good steak
Spring Lake- Black Trumpet- Amazing!
Manasquan- Mahogany Grille- worth the wait
Brielle- Shipwrek (is this too far to ask people to travel?)

Wanted to Book Charlies in Long Branch- but their room is booked. Will save this one for another party!

Up for consideration- at this point
Sirena- Long Branch
Tre Amici- Long Branch
McLoone's Supper Club- Asbury Park
The Falls- Tinton Falls (but all I've read here, could come off the list)

Tried, Rooney's in Long Branch- just okay

Baby shower was at Fromagerie for brunch, got good reviews from the guests.
