I don't have an exact budget but I'm looking at inexpensive to moderate. This is a special occasion but it's for a shall we say very down to earth kind of guy. I actually thought about a Vietnamese restaurant in Red Bank that advertises private parties for 25 and byob. It's Saigon II on Newman Springs Rd. Anyone ever eaten there?

We will be about 20 people coming from all over and are looking for a restaurant in Red Bank or surrounding area that might also have a private room where we could have a 60th birthday party. I did something for my husband up in Massachusetts and we ordered off a the regular menu and paid a fee to use the room. Is there anything down there that can be recommended?
