Best meal I ever ate:

That would have to be our recent dinner at Per Se in the private room, with family, to celebrate birthdays and which I spent in labor with contractions every 10 minutes. Was worth it.

My current drink of choice:

Nor'easter at Char No 4, Wine, Hendricks G&T with cucumber

I really wish I could:

convince someone to open a Korean restaurant on Smith St....oh and a Vietnamese place (as opposed to only Bahn Mi)...oh and a kick ass Indian

My "Go-to" dinner party dish:

Offal, lots of offal (pig cheeks, pig heart, veal sweetbreads, oxtails, duck liver)....also Cassoulet, Carbonara, and braises now that winter is coming

My favorite comfort food:

Indian curries, spaghetti carbonara, chili, pad thai, rilletes, braised anything
