That would have to be our recent dinner at Per Se in the private room, with family, to celebrate birthdays and which I spent in labor with contractions every 10 minutes. Was worth it.

Offal, lots of offal (pig cheeks, pig heart, veal sweetbreads, oxtails, duck liver)....also Cassoulet, Carbonara, and braises now that winter is coming

Indian curries, spaghetti carbonara, chili, pad thai, rilletes, braised anything
