In my circle of friends we personally cater for our guests and don't expect them to bring anything except their themselves as that is why we've asked for their company.

Lamb Shanks or Salmon anyway I can get them.

My top 5 favorite restaurants:

Level 41, Flying Fish, Basil's all in Sydney, Aust. but have travelled extensively world wide, so too many to choose from.
