What condiments defaults/best suits meat?

Hi everybody.

I love cooking meat next to baking.
My concern is I have condiments here that I rarely use such as Italian seasoning, nutmeg, cinnamon, turmeric, and a lot more.

Since I usually cook meat, what is the condiments that you can mostly use when cooking meat?
