Bibiana Enoteca?
I've made a reservation at Bibiana Enoteca but I've been reading mixed things about it lately. Is it a good choice for distinctive Italian, or should I be thinking about something else?
Italian near Rouge Hotel?
Coming to DC and already have reservation for Birch & Barley. Will probably also go to Estadio, Hank's Oyster and Pearl Dive. Now I'm thinking Italian would be excellent, too. Any suggestions for something close by, delicious and maybe not too crazy-expensive? Thanks!
Near rouge hotel
Thanks for all the help so far. At the risk of sounding totally cliche, I'd say I'm looking for chef-driven, locally sourced stuff. (Told you I would sound cliche.) Price is flexible -- not so interested in paying for a scene, but don't mind paying for great food -- especially food that's more "East Coast" than what we're enjoying in Los Angeles -- though I can't really define what I mean by that. Have I made things better, or more vague? Thanks for the help!
Near rouge hotel
Looking for restaurant tips near rouge hotel (16th and rhode island) but I know nothing about DC. Must-eats in other parts of town are also definitely welcome. Thanks!
Italy restaurants-language barrier
I'm looking forward to eating great food in Rome, Florence, Bologna and Venice -- but I don't speak a word of Italian! Does anybody have any suggestions to help me with ordering? Are there any pocket dictionaries that handle food words better than others? Are some types of restaurants better than others for just putting yourself in the waiter's hands? Thanks for any help!
