Tater Tots in Bmore
Hmmm, I don't know, I thought the tots at Reggi's sounded fantastic, but was dissappointed when some Ore Ida with cheese and bacon bits arrived at the table. Honestly, I think for tots, bmore just needs to get a Sonic franchise!
Baltimore for a weekend
If you're going to federal hill I would maybe try Little Havanas for crabs or brunch on Saturday! They have great brunch specials (I usually go on Sun but Sat can't be bad!) and you can get crabs there as well. I agree with the Ryleighs posts as well. They don't have the best steam crabs around, but if you're on foot, you might be limited to this. Make sure you walk to the harbor too at least!
birthday dinner in baltimore
We need more specifics on what you like! Seafood/ etc. I just did a similar bday/ graduation dinner thing recently and went to Bo Brooks, which was just a really nice place for that type of event being on the water and all and everyone can order what they'd like. You might also try any other place on the water in fells point. For birthday/ event dinners I tend to heavily consider atmosphere/ variety to please everyone though...

Wow I'm surprised to hear Lucy's has closed!! I live close by and used to frequent Lucy's for law school happy hours, but apparently studying for the bar leaves one a bit out of touch! If you're venturing as far as Frank and Nick's I'd recommend the Pratt Street Ale house (conveniently located right on Pratt Street) they have good food as well as a great beer selection.
