Bermuda on July 31

Thanks so much...that really gives me some insight and helps me make a few decisions!

Bermuda on July 31

I am taking the CA bar, which is a three day nightmare, at the end of July and my present for enduring this torture is a trip for me and my husband to Bermuda so it has to be good! I have been reading all the posts but I still have a few questions and need some advice.

First of all, we arrive on July 31 which I think is the cup match and I was wondering if the restaurants will still be open as usual or how this will affect my plans. We are staying at the Hamilton Princess and will be there until August 4.

Secondly, I want to go to one or two nicer, special occassion dinners, a great Sunday brunch and a good tea. I love unique or interesting dining experiences. For the nicer meals I am considering:
Coconuts - I really like the idea of a price fixe meal on the beach!
Ascots
Waterlot
Fourways
Tamarisk Room

I have also heard that the Hamilton Princess has a great tea...any other suggestions?

For brunch I am considering Reefs and Seahorse Grill, mostly based on travel guides so possibly not as reliable as Chowhound and I have only found a choice of three guidebooks at the bookstore here.

I also want to experience a traditional Bermuda breakfast...any suggestions?

Some other restaurants I think sound interesting are Fish Hut, Blackhorse tavern, Bistro J and Landfall. Basically I need to narrow these down to a few "must try" places and I would love some feedback. I don't want to miss anything that is a great Bermuda experience or just a great dining experience. We definitely want to visit St. George and St. David and we want to rent bikes and ride the railway trail and maybe do a day of scuba diving. Of course in between all these activities we must squeeze good food and good cocktails!

Thanks in advance for any advice
