a) I buy free-range organic beef at Sprouts markets.
b) It is a few dollars more per pound than the regular stuff but selected cuts can be found on sale often.
c) Yes, definitely. The difference in taste alone makes it worth the extra cost. The fact that it's healthier by leaps and bounds is a happy bonus.
