Dim Sum
Please clear up the confusion. I took my family for Dim Sum on Saturday to a nice place in Markham. I think it was called Tai Phung. Anyway, this was not the traditional Dim Sum i've become accustomed to. the Har Gow (sp?) was different. there was no Ham Sai Cok (sp?) there were no carts being pushed around. are there different regions that do dim sum differently?
