where to buy curing salt (pink salt) in LA?
Just wanted everyone to know that i was still able to find curing salt/pink salt/sel rose/prague powder 1 in a 5 lb bag at Canton Food Co for $6.95. the label indicates that it is composed of salt, 6.25% sodium nitrite and red food coloring. they also sold it in 50 lbs bag for about $50-$60
