Saturday brunch suggestions?
Thanks for the suggestions! We ended up going to Il Bastardo which was listed on the link that fein posted. It was fabulous! We had delicious eggs benedicts with prosciutto, and all you can drink mimosas. Perfect!
Primehouse or Roths for Thanksgiving?
Which would you recommend for Thanksgiving: Primehouse or Roths? If you've been to either on Thanksgiving, what did you think?
Saturday brunch suggestions?
I'm looking for a good place to go for brunch when my mom is in town. Any suggestions?
Requirements:
-Brunch menu on Saturdays.
-A good, classic eggs benedict (English muffin, ham, poached eggs, hollandaise sauce. Nothing creative!)
-Liquor license.
-A place that takes reservations or has little to no wait.
Bonus:
Complimentary or all you can drink mimosas would be great.
Thanks!
Prime rib & Yorkshire pudding?
Bumping this thread. I'm looking for this too. Any suggestions? Thanks!
Where to find dark meat turkey on Thanksgiving?
Does anybody know of a restaurant that serves dark meat turkey on Thanksgiving? Most restaurants don't have their Thanksgiving menus posted, and of those that do, most don't say what part of the turkey, and of those that do, most are turkey breast. Any suggestions? Would prefer to keep it to $50 per person or less (before drinks, etc.).
Thanks!
Which restaurant in Paris is this?
Somebody on another board suggested that it might be Le Loup Blanc, which might be what I'm thinking of. My only hesitation is that the place I went to definitely had a choice of sauces to go with the meat, and Le Loup Blanc's menu makes no mention of any sauces (just says they marinate their meat). Other than that, it sounds right. So I'm not sure. Has anyone been to Le Loup Blanc? Do they have sauces that you can choose from to go with your meat?
Which restaurant in Paris is this?
I will be in Paris next week, and I would really like to return to this one restaurant that I've been to a couple times before, but unfortunately I don't know what the name of it is or its address (I always went with other people who knew the place).
At this restaurant, the menu is set up so that you choose which meat you would like (steak, chicken, veal, etc.), choose which sauce you would like with it, and choose the side(s) you want. Good drinks, cool place. I am pretty sure it is on the Right Bank, and if I had to guess I'd say it's in the Le Marais area, or at least pretty close to it. It's on a quiet street if I remember correctly.
Anybody have any idea which restaurant it might be?
Thanks so much!
