Raw milk

After I thaw it (in the refrigerator), I shake it very well until I see the cream and the milk blended together again. I actually shake it in the bottle even if I don't freeze it... before each time I pour it, because the cream separates... The farmer I buy from, his milk is half cream/half milk in the gallon bottle, God it's so delicious.

I only had to freeze it when I lived in Chicago, I had to go over a 100 miles to a farm in WI so I bough a lot for the time I knew I couldn't make the trip next week. Now I buy it fresh from a farmer a few towns down so I can have it fresh any time I want to. I now even get an extra bottle just to leave it out over night to make butter milk. Yumm :)

Raw milk

Raw milk actually strengthens your immune system. I would simply suggest, if you are new to raw milk, eat yogurt and drink kefir for a week before you switch to raw milk. Us old raw milk drinkers will not get sick from it, even if we stop for years, and start again.

Fresh Strawberry Ice Cream

Thank you for the delicious recipe I will definitely try it. My grandma used to do make ice cream similar way I definitely remember her mixing egg yolks with sugar until they became light and creamy... and she used cows milk and real cream... I only buy real food... so it will be truly delicious :) Thanks again.

If I may suggest... try using the beet sugar from "NOW" brand. Beet sugar is actually even safe for diabetics and is delicious. All EU people (cental EU) use beet sugar and I never saw any fat people there. Some even like to put 3 or 4 tsp in their tea... still NOT FAT and many less have type 1 or 2 diabetes as we do in the US drinking can sugar. Also... (as if it's not enough...lol) please find your local dairy farm and buy your eggs cream and milk from them. Much healthier and much more delicious. To find a farmer in your state go to or search for the Weston A. Price Foundation. If your state is not listed email them and ask for help. They are very nice and very helpful :)

The Rise of Raw Milk

This site has state by state information: http://www.realmilk.com/where1.html If your state is not listed you can contact the person there to help you. Also, try to find your States Dept of Agriculture... they should and most likely will help you, or drive to an area where there are farms with cows in the field... sometimes even farmers who grow other foods or keep sheep and goat, will know someone who has milking cows. When I used to live in IL I drove over a 100 miles to WI for raw milk every weekend. The price? I'd rather pay more for something healthy and delicious than put my hard earned money in the greedy gov. officials and big pharma's pockets...It's Your health... It's worth it, ohhh so worth it... E-coli? What about the e-coli in the spinach and lettuce and peanut butter, approved by FDA and sold in your local supermarkets? What about the drugs they approve and sell to people daily with clear warning: May Cause DEATH!" Or may cause liver cancer... is raw milk more dangerous that alcohol or cigarettes? The gov. will approve anything that will make them money, regardless of our health.I don't believe in conspiracies, but I do believe that in their business... :One hand washes the other:

"Real raw milk" is ecstasy and it's good for you! I will never touch the white liquid poison full of hormones and antibiotics, from abused poor cows... I will not buy their milk and support more of this type of industrial treatment of any animals. Cows on small local farms are loved, they have names, they can run in the fields... I have a network dedicated to raw milk, lots of info... come, see & join :) Help me show support for American Farmers :
