Best meal I ever ate:
Ristoro di Lamole, just outside of Greve in Chiant in Tuscany. Let's just say the truffles were abundant.
My current drink of choice:
Tuscan reds or Washington State cabs. Tonic water with lime. Once in a while with some Grey Goose thrown in for good measure. ;)
I really wish I could:
Spend a year travelling around the world on someone else's dime.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Tomato, mozzaralla and basil skewers with homeade truffle vinaigrette.
My favorite comfort food:
Mac 'n cheese (either Stouffers or from The Publick House in Brookline); and chocolate Fribbles from Friendly's.
