Was at a reception at Kozlaks Royal Oak this past weekend. It was a great space and seems to have everything you asked for. the food and staff were top notch.

ditto on Kozlaks was there this week and enjoyed the chowder on the great patio! Also have a great deal 19.77 for glass of wine, salad, entree and dessert.
