I live in Ocean County and am trying to find Zweiback Toasts for a recipe for Apple and Cranberry Upside down Cake. Is Zweiback still made or does anyone know a good substitute?

Another Julia Child related question...Vermouth!
I too love Carbonnades a la Flamande! I like to serve it with creamy mashed rutabagas. I discoverd the recipe in the first New Yourk Times cookbook which I was given in 1969 and still use often.
