Good Tapas in the City? Best first date restraunt?
I was wondering if anyone knew of any good or great tapas restraunt/bar in around Baltimore City?
My friend had told me of one in Rockville but i would much prefer going to the city because of the atmosphere and there are so many more things to do.
I am trying to find the perfect place to take someone on a first date and feedback would be much appreciated.
