Best meal I ever ate:
A tasting dinner at Flipot, in Torre Pelice in Italy. Watching them crack quail eggs over a eartherware crock of baby new potatoes baked in stock, and they set up beautifully.
My current drink of choice:
It's summer, so a Negroni.
