Best meal I ever ate:
Probably Lamb Brochettes at a small restaraunt in Ghent. The owner cooked over an open flame hearth in the dining area.. very tiny place but so good.
My current drink of choice:
Sangria or Water and starting to develop a taste for Vitamin Water
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Whatever I'm asked to bring.. usually gumbo.

I love it all.. addicted to Panang Curry at the moment.
