Stockholm, Sweden

The classification of the cookbooks, both in book stores and in the charity shops, can vary. Some put the ones in foreign languages (meaning not in Swedish) mixed with the Swedish cook books, others have them separate. In the charity shops they might be in a shelf for all books in a specific language e. g. all English, all French, etc.
Ryös Antikvariat at Hantverkargatan 21 might be interesting. Their website is also in English. http://www.ryo.se

Am also a collector of cookbooks. I usually pick up second hand copies at the charity shops. Some charity shops in Stockholm have a very good selection but mostly in Swedish.
Else, the book store Akademibokhandeln, at Mäster Samuelsgatan no 28, has a good selection and is convenienty located in the city just one block from the department store NK which also have a book department with some cook books.
