Pizza toppings - over or under the cheese?

This is a great question...endless debates and in the end, the answer is what ever it is we desire. No right or wrong answer. If I were to pose the question: "which style of pizza is better, New York or Chicago?" I don't think there is enough GB space on this website to hold all the answers. Thanks for posting the question. It gave me great ideas for future pies with my kids.

Fresh fish in Orange County

I'm out visiting my mom in Huntington Beach with my kids. Its been a while since I've traveled these streets. I'm looking for fresh Halibut or Mahi. I'm in town for a couple of weeks and have a few seafood recipes I need to whip up and want to know where I can get some fresh fish.

Wine Bar in Las Vegas

There is a wine tasting room at The Rio. Its a bit hidden. They have different flights of reds, whites and even scotch. We were fortunate to meet the owner on one trip and he took us over to his special area where the wines are under lock and key. One of the girls got to hold a bottle worth $100k.
