Best Food Near Watch Hill RI?

My wife and I are driving up from Brooklyn to stay at the Ocean House in Watch Hill. We're big-time foodies and would love to hear some good reccs for restaurants to seek out while we're there. We have a reservation at Season's (in the hotel) but no other plans. We're open to anything from highbrow fancy to out-of-the-way seafood shacks. Anything super-delicious that we can only get in New England. Thanks!

Best Burger in Park slope?

I lived in the slope for 11 years and I've tried every burger around. The best is Sidecar hands down. Great meat, bun, and fries. Goes great with a spicy bloody mary on a hangover sunday morning. Second place goes to Blue Ribbon. Bonnie's and 200 Fifth are terrible!

Fort Greene Coffee house Recommendation

There are a few on Dekalb. Bitter Sweet has really great coffee, but it's fairly small. Right next door is Catherine's which is your best bet. Great coffee and food. It has a really comfortable atmosphere and you can hang out there as long as you want. The owner is really nice. Both are on Dekalb between Cumberland and Carlton. Only a short walk to BAM.

Live Lobster in Ft. Greene?

My wife and I have a tradition of making ourselves a Lobster dinner on Christmas Eve night. I now live in Ft. Greene and I would love a recommendation for the freshest place to buy a live lobster. Last year we got one at the Atlantic Center Pathmark and it was okay but very small. Any good fish markets nearby? Thanks!

HELP! Need to give thanks in Brooklyn!

I live in Brooklyn but I had an amazing Thanksgiving with the folks at Old Homestead right over the bridge in Manhattan. Very classic turkey dinner in an old NY setting. The family still talks about it.

San Francisco Experience

Thanks for these recommendations! I'm going to get to work on getting a last minute reservation. I don't mean to sound like I just want to blow money at some big name spot. I am looking for something I can get uniquely SF that would be an exciting experience.

San Francisco Experience

I only have one weekend in SF. Where would you say I absolutely HAVE to go? In NYC, I would say Peter Luger, Blue Ribbon, Blue Hill, and WD-50.

San Francisco Experience

I am a longtime foodie and fan of chowhound located in New York City. I'm taking a last minute trip to SF with my wife and I would love recommendations for an amazing dinner while I'm there. I have eaten at some of the best places in NY (Daniel, Le Cirque, Babbo, Peter Luger) and overseas (Don Alfonso), so I am looking for somewhere really special. I'm going in two weeks, so I know that getting a reservation will be a tall order. I will do anything it takes to have a truly memorable experience at an essential SF spot. Obviously, French Laundry would be a dream but that's impossible given the late notice. I would love some great local advice. Thanks!
