Hello Chowhounds!
Does anyone know what's going on with the Wendy's fast food restaurant on Allen Street in Springfield? Since the guy who owned the franchise went belly up, financially speaking, a year or so ago, it's been closed. But in the last six months someone has been working on it, completely renovating inside from the looks of it, but, they seem to be taking forever to do so.
I haven't seen anything in the papers, so I wondered if anyone knew what was up with that location, and if in fact it was going to be re-opening anytime soon. Thanks!

Did you mean Springfield, MA? I don't think that there is a Springfield in CT.

How about Nick's Nest in Holyoke? They've been there forever, and they are the best!
