Which Sabatier?
I know it doesn't matter much but i am curious which carbon steel Sabatier knives I own. The only mark they have is Sabatier in an oval on the handle. I found a website for the Thiers region that showed a whole lot of logos and none matched. I am quite sure these are genuine: I got them from my grandfather so at least 50 years old, full tang with three rivets, but mostly because they feel and work like quality knives. Any ideas?
