So hard to say... so many! The ones that come to mind:A simple bowl of pho I enjoyed in Vietnam on my honeymoon. A bowl of pasta scuie scuie in Capri, Italy. Oh and a lovely pasta and sardines dish in Sicily.
My current drink of choice:
Pimm's Cup or Plymouth Gin and tonic
I really wish I could:
Take a year off and travel the world with my husband, eating interesting foods
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Anything that can be roasted in the oven!
My favorite comfort food:
Chicken and Hashu (Lebanese dish with rice, beef, pine nuts, spices/herbs)
My top 5 favorite restaurants:
In NYC: Grand Sichuan, Del Posto, Asia de Cuba (still!), Little Lad's Basket (vegan lunchtime), any one of many delish Indian restaurants in Murray Hill
My most tattered cookbooks:
The New Basics Cookbook - by J Rosso and S Lukins. Fun to read as a non-cookbook.
