Best meal I ever ate:

Spicy Salami Pizza sitting in a Piazza in a small village outside of Florence after two negronis (Repeated multiple times over the years!)

My current drink of choice:

GG Barely Dirty w/ my Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives or a Negroni

I really wish I could:

Eat for a living.

My "Go-to" dinner party dish:

Kick off w/ negroni's w/ an antipasta plate, go to a classic carbonara followed by Veal Osso Buco w/ Risotto Milanese, and affogato for dessert, and a nocina or sambuca to settle the belly...

My favorite comfort food:

Bucatini in the style of Amatrice...wife doesn't like it, so it's for me on my 'home alone' nights with a bottle of the latest red we've discovered.
