Kick off w/ negroni's w/ an antipasta plate, go to a classic carbonara followed by Veal Osso Buco w/ Risotto Milanese, and affogato for dessert, and a nocina or sambuca to settle the belly...

Bucatini in the style of Amatrice...wife doesn't like it, so it's for me on my 'home alone' nights with a bottle of the latest red we've discovered.
