Tojo's Omakase in Vancouver - His Smoked Sablefish is heavenly!...Second would be an 5 course tasting menu at Picasso, Bellagio LV..which only cost me my first born!

Lamb chops (with homemade mint sauce) with garlic mash potatoes and steamed green beans..fast and always works out for me
My favorite comfort food:
Montreal Smoked meat with Poutine...mmmmm...or if I'm at Dunn's in Ottawa I just get the Smoked Meat Poutine (it's great as long as a you have a cardiac surgeon on standby)
