Suggestions for gnocchi protein
I want to make this gnocchi with wild mushroom sauce for dinner this week and was wondering what everyone's thoughts were on a non-sausage protein to go with it (either in it or as a dish on its own)? Thank you!

As someone mentioned, the Milk and More store on Hardy and Broadway has them, but I believe that Thursdays are "Curd Day" so you are guaranteed fresh ones with lots of squeak :)

I would definitely second the recommendation for Bandera. It is close to your hotel and has excellent prime rib and steak.
For mexican, I would recommend Cienes Agaves, also nearby. It is not particularly upscale, but not a dump either. They have great tacos and a large tequila list.
