Buying sushi fish in Madrid
Looking for recommendations on where to buy sushi fish in Madrid. Have gone to Tokio Ya and they have decent selection but expensive. Stores on General Margyuez have the fish at good prices but selection is limited. Any other choices?
Vietnamese in Madrid
Am looking for an authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Madrid. I have been to Cafe Saigon and their name is closer to the cuisine than the food. Any recommendations? Am always looking for a hidden gem and am not intimidated by local (divey) places.

Good Pub Grub in Madrid?
I am a US expat living in Madrid and though I love the tapas and the Spanish cuisine, and, at the risk of being a bit gauche,sometimes need my fix of US bar favorites. I have been very disappointed with what I have found and am hoping someone can give some suggestions. My favorites are buffalo wings and nachos. I have tried the buffalo wings at Alfredos (disappointing) Hard Rock (great but place is very touristy) and nachos around but still have not found the best. Thoughts?
